Our Dallas, Texas facility is looking for dedicated Picker/Packers to join our efficient logistics team. This role is fundamental to our order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and speed in getting products to our customers. You will be responsible for locating items in the warehouse, confirming order details, and packing them securely for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse stock based on pick lists or scanner data.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Pack items using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Follow all company Safety procedures and wear required PPE diligently.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment.
- Meet daily picking and packing productivity targets.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks including frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 45 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous picking and packing experience is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety protocols and logistics operations.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to adhere to all company policies and procedures.
