We're hiring a Fulfillment Associate to join our growing logistics team in Madison, Wisconsin. This role is essential for the timely and accurate processing of customer orders. You will be responsible for picking items, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. Our warehouse emphasizes efficiency, organization, and above all, Safety. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from designated warehouse locations.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Package products using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and wear required PPE at all times.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Must be capable of performing tasks requiring regular Lifting of packages up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to stand and move for the duration of the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good organizational skills.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and follow directions.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- A strong emphasis on workplace Safety.
