Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves or locations using scanning devices or pick lists.
  • Inspect picked items for quality and damage before packing.
  • Package orders securely and appropriately for shipping, using correct materials.
  • Apply shipping labels and ensure accurate addressing.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation and general work area.
  • Participate in inventory counts and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, wearing required PPE.
  • Meet established productivity and quality targets for picking and packing.
  • Assist with other warehouse tasks as directed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous picking and packing experience is preferred, but training is provided.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to read and interpret order information effectively.
  • Basic math skills for order verification.
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend throughout the shift.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
