Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves or locations using scanning devices or pick lists.
- Inspect picked items for quality and damage before packing.
- Package orders securely and appropriately for shipping, using correct materials.
- Apply shipping labels and ensure accurate addressing.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation and general work area.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, wearing required PPE.
- Meet established productivity and quality targets for picking and packing.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous picking and packing experience is preferred, but training is provided.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to read and interpret order information effectively.
- Basic math skills for order verification.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend throughout the shift.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
