Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming materials and shipments.
- Transport materials within the warehouse using pallet jacks, carts, and other equipment.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated racking systems or storage areas.
- Pick and stage materials required for outgoing orders and production.
- Conduct routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment in compliance with all company standards.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation as required.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding material flow and operational needs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall warehouse functions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including regular Lifting of items up to 60 lbs.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Familiarity with operating pallet jacks and other manual material handling equipment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good physical stamina and dexterity.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
