We have an immediate opening for an Order Picker in our Phoenix, Arizona facility. As an Order Picker, you will be a vital part of our logistics team, responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders. Your primary duties will include locating items in the warehouse, picking them accurately according to pick lists or scanners, and preparing them for shipment. This role requires a high level of focus, speed, and precision. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Verify item numbers and quantities against order requirements.
- Ensure picked items are handled with care.
- Transport picked items to the packing and shipping areas.
- Maintain an organized and clean work station.
- Follow all established safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Report any discrepancies or damaged items to a supervisor immediately.
- Participate in inventory checks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous order picking or warehouse experience is a strong asset.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse technology like RF scanners is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of basic logistics principles.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
