Job Summary:
Become a vital part of our operations as a Warehouse Worker in the heart of Chicago, Illinois. This position is fundamental to the smooth functioning of our warehouse, involving a wide range of tasks from receiving goods to dispatching orders. Your responsibilities will include handling inventory, operating equipment, and ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and on time. The role requires physical capability, including frequent Lifting of materials and standing for extended periods. We are committed to your well-being and provide all necessary PPE. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
  • Sort, organize, and stock inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with stocktaking.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
  • Adhere to all Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks.
  • Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform consistent Lifting of items weighing up to 45 lbs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment and tools.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety regulations and best practices.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Physical stamina and ability to stand for long durations.
  • Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
