Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and damage.
- Organize and store materials in designated areas, maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Pick products from shelves based on order requisitions.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing transport, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all Safety protocols.
- Wear appropriate PPE as required for specific tasks and areas.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center role is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform moderate to heavy Lifting, up to 40 lbs.
- Basic understanding of inventory control principles.
- Knowledge of Safety guidelines and best practices in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
