We are seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory Control Specialist to join our St. Louis, Missouri logistics hub. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your duties will include conducting cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, reconciling stock levels, and implementing procedures to minimize shrinkage. You will work closely with receiving, shipping, and operations teams to ensure accurate stock data and efficient warehouse management. A thorough understanding of inventory control principles and best practices is essential. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and strong analytical skills are required. Adherence to all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE, is crucial in this role. While not primarily a physically demanding role, occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs may be necessary. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, a keen eye for detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities. Contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of our logistics operations and play a key part in our supply chain success.
