We are hiring a versatile Warehouse Associate for our facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is integral to the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations and broader logistics network. Your duties will encompass a range of essential warehouse tasks, including the meticulous receiving and stocking of incoming goods, accurate picking and packing of customer orders, and vigilant inventory management. Maintaining a safe and orderly workspace is a top priority, requiring strict adherence to safety protocols and the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE). You will contribute to a productive team environment, working collaboratively to achieve operational targets and uphold high standards of quality and efficiency. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to handle significant lifting, to support our distribution activities.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently receive and process incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for timely dispatch.
- Maintain precise inventory records and conduct cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and effectively.
- Support loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
- Comply with all company safety standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance objectives.
- Undertake additional warehouse duties as directed.
Qualifications:
Experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial. Proficiency with scanning equipment and WMS is a plus. Must possess strong physical capabilities for lifting and manual tasks. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Dedicated to maintaining a safe work environment and utilizing PPE correctly. This logistics position demands reliability and a keen eye for detail.
