Our Washington, D.C. location is seeking a certified Forklift Operator to join our dedicated warehouse team. This position is essential for the efficient movement of goods within our distribution center, ensuring timely loading and unloading of trucks, and maintaining organized inventory. You will be responsible for operating forklifts safely and effectively, performing routine equipment checks, and assisting with material handling tasks. The ideal candidate possesses a valid forklift certification, a strong safety record, and experience in a fast-paced logistics environment. Key responsibilities include transporting pallets and other materials, stacking items in designated areas, and assisting with shipping and receiving operations. Adherence to all safety regulations, including the consistent use of PPE, is mandatory. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting.
