  • The project is responsible for the upgrade from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA which will go live in January 2026. Not only will there be a migration to new SAP environment, but there are also changes in the Chart of Accounts, reports, several interfaces to up/downstream systems, validations and substitutions, change of user interface to Fioris,
  • Preparation of status reports, tracking of progress, planning of testing considering dependencies of test environments, delivery delays, blocking defects
  • Very good Jira and xRay skills: JQLs, reports, cleanup queries to keep data consistent
  • Leading of test status and defect meetings
  • Tracking of business users for test progress and support them with all questions around use of Jira, opening defects, how to execute their test cases, use of authorization/test users to login, etc.
  • 5-8 years in Testmanager role
  • Very good banking know how
  • Very good Jira, X-Ray, JQL skills
  • Common SAP Finance know how
  • Higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Software Testing certifications
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies and frameworks
  • Familiarity with testing tools and technologies
  • Strong collaborator with the ability to take ownership and communicate on different levels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to facilitate open discussion and proactively communicate issues
