Join to apply for the VP, B2B Enablement Analytics role at Synchrony Role Summary/Purpose:The VP, B2B Enablement Analytics will support SYF B2B Analytics' data capability and infrastructure improvement programs. This role acts as an Analytics product manager, leading IT build and launch processes to enable structured ingestion of B2B data into SYF data warehouses. Responsibilities include partnering cross-functionally to pilot commercialization use cases, building relationships with B2B platforms, and working with teams across Sales, Marketing, Tech, and others. Essential responsibilities:Develop and execute data capability roadmapsPartner with internal teams to prioritize and modernize analytics capabilitiesLead data build projects and manage data product launchesSupport and own data relationship methodologies and toolsCollaborate on commercializing B2B data use cases Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or 11+ years of relevant experience, with at least 7 years in analytics supporting sales/marketing, project management, and data tools like SQL, SAS, Python. Desired characteristics:Master’s/MBA preferredStrong relationship-building and influencing skillsExperience with digital analytics tools and financial services data infrastructure Grade/Level: 12Salary range: $135,000 - $230,000, plus bonus. Salaries adjusted for CA, NY, Seattle markets.
