Integris Insurance Services is growing and is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Insurance Rep – Multi Branch Support to join the insurance team based out of our Corporate Office in Prince George, B.C. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of five years of general insurance experience and holds at least a Level 2 license; a CAIB designation is considered an asset. In this role, you will serve as an insurance subject matter expert and trusted resource to insurance branch teams, supporting the development of staff capabilities, driving business growth, and ensuring strong compliance and service standards.
Salary Range: This role is classified as an M4 and is between $64,681 to $78,234 per year.

Main accountabilities include:
Reporting the Senior Manager, Sales/Insurance Services, the Senior Insurance Representative – Multi-Branch Support provides expert support across multiple branches by delivering high-quality insurance services, assisting with complex multi-line insurance products, and ensuring consistent client experience throughout the region. This role functions as a mobile producer, trainer, and fill-in representative, supporting branch operations during staff absences, workload surges, or transitional periods.
Branch & Client Support:
- Provide on-site and remote insurance support to branches, assisting with personal, commercial, and specialty insurance products.
- Act as a mobile producer, building and maintaining client relationships while achieving sales and service targets.
- Ensure accurate policy processing, renewals, endorsements, and claims support in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Support branch operations during staffing shortages, vacations, or transitions to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
Training & Mentorship:
- Coach and mentor insurance staff on complex insurance products, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Deliver hands-on training and guidance to new and existing employees to strengthen product knowledge, compliance awareness, and professional development.
Leadership & Teamwork - Internal Relationships:
- Collaborates with the Integris Insurance team to proactively build the general insurance book of business. Includes joint marketing initiatives and inter-department referrals.
- Proactively seeks ways for the Insurance division to contribute to corporate results including the submission of ideas and suggestions.
- Demonstrates support for corporate initiatives.
- Participates in interdepartmental projects and meetings to assist Integris with its financial goals.
