Orthodontic Office Manager – Barrie, ON
We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Office Manager to join a modern, patient-focused practice in Barrie, ON. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and skilled in leading a front-office team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily administrative operations and support the front desk team
  • Manage scheduling, billing, and patient communications
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with RCDSO standards
  • Coordinate referrals and ensure prompt follow-up with patients
  • Support practice growth through strong organization and leadership

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Orthodontic Office Manager
  • Strong knowledge of orthodontic terminology and procedures
  • Experience with Ortho2Edge software
  • Excellent communication, organization, and team management skills
