About
We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator for our distribution center in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is critical for the efficient storage and retrieval of inventory in our high-volume logistics environment. As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be responsible for operating specialized equipment to move, stack, and organize products within our warehouse. A strong focus on Safety and precision is paramount. You will play a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring smooth operational flow. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your skills in a dynamic logistics setting. Responsibilities:
- Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently to move, stack, and retrieve palletized goods.
- Load and unload trucks and containers with precision.
- Perform routine checks on reach truck equipment to ensure proper function and Safety.
- Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse racking system.
- Assist with receiving, put-away, and order picking processes.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Wear and properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Tasks may involve occasional Lifting of items up to 30 lbs.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and logistics.
Valid certification and proven experience operating a reach truck are required. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role. Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Strong understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and best practices. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management. Ability to perform occasional Lifting and stand for extended periods. Good communication and teamwork skills are necessary.
