We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be instrumental in the smooth operation of our logistics hub, contributing to efficient inventory management and timely order fulfillment. This role requires a strong commitment to safety protocols and a proactive approach to daily tasks. You will be responsible for a variety of duties, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure accuracy in all warehouse processes. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stocktaking as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and security.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Familiarity with safety procedures in a warehouse setting.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
