We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team in San Antonio, Texas. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with all company policies and safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of warehouse logistics. You will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse associates, coordinating the receiving, storing, and shipping of goods, and maintaining inventory integrity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse supervision and a commitment to fostering a safe and productive work environment. We expect our supervisors to lead by example, upholding the highest standards of performance and professionalism. Responsibilities include scheduling staff, monitoring performance, conducting training, and implementing process improvements. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desirable.
