Would you like to help develop your colleagues' skills by designing effective and engaging training activities? As Instructional Designer, you'll develop learning solutions and create storyboards based on learning objectives, analysis documents and meetings with subject matter experts.

Summary of certifications and job requirements
- College diploma in educational technology or a related field
- At least five years of relevant experience
- Proficient with Articulate 360 Suite tools
- Advanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in English-speaking Canadian provinces and internationally; you may need to use English occasionally or daily, depending on current projects
- Advanced French skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in Québec
- Asset: experience designing technical expertise training
- Asset: experience in a consulting engineering environment
