About
Lead our team as a Warehouse Supervisor in Atlanta, Georgia! We are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee our warehouse operations. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a high level of productivity and Safety. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of logistics and warehouse management. You will supervise warehouse associates, delegate tasks, provide training, and ensure compliance with all company policies and Safety regulations, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves overseeing operations that include significant material handling, requiring team members to perform regular Lifting. Your leadership will be instrumental in optimizing our distribution processes, improving efficiency, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations.
- Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring performance standards are met.
- Oversee inventory management, receiving, and shipping processes.
- Implement and enforce all Safety policies and procedures, including PPE usage.
- Optimize workflow and operational efficiency within the logistics department.
- Conduct regular Safety audits and address any potential hazards.
- Maintain accurate records and generate performance reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
- Handle employee concerns and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management.
- Strong understanding of logistics, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Safety regulations and experience in implementing Safety programs.
- Ability to manage teams and oversee tasks involving physical labor, including Lifting.
