Sales Program Administrator Details: Contract position $ 37.00 / hour First Shift (Monday through Friday) Acts as the primary point of contact for various sales teams, sales leadership, and marketing for tracking of and ensuring seamless new dealer onboarding Oversees the onboarding of new direct dealers through five phases of direct authorization for Setup, Authorization, Pricing, Service Training, and Purchase Orders Tracks all dealers onboarding steps and report on the progress Provides recommendations for process improvement and escalation of priority dealers who need additional internal support to complete the onboarding process Works with the SalesForce team to request and implement new system enhancements to support the onboarding and tracking of direct dealer Unauthorized Sales: Oversees communication to distribution partners related to sales to unauthorized resellers for all commercial product lines Develops and tracks unauthorized sales reporting schedule by product line Price Policy Administration: Tracks commercial channel non acquiescence to price policies and provides reporting Schedules escalation meetings with the Commercial price policy committee The primary point of contact for various sales teams and resellers with policy questions and interpretations Sales Program Administrator Qualifications: Community college, technical or commercial school or equivalent 24 years of experience in channel operations, reseller administration, sales operations, or customer support.
