Greet members with warmth and energy, making sure each visit feels personal. Lead and coach a small but motivated team, helping them grow and succeed. Drive membership sales by showing members the life-changing value of our stretch method. Track studio performance with KPIs and celebrate wins along the way. Jump in when needed to problem-solve, support your team, and ensure every member leaves smiling. Build a culture of fun, accountability, and excellence where people love to workand love to visit. What We're Looking For: Experience managing a small team (12 people). Background in retail sales (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
