Are you a compassionate nursing leader looking to make a real impact in a close-knit environment? Our small, 80-bed facility in Oswego is seeking a *Director of Nursing* who is ready to lead with heart, integrity, and teamwork.
At our facility, residents are family and staff are truly valued. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced nurse leader who enjoys hands-on involvement, building strong relationships, and creating a positive culture of care.
*What You’ll Do:*
* Lead and support our nursing team with professionalism and compassion
* Oversee clinical operations to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care
* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
* Collaborate closely with administration, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
* Mentor and develop nursing staff to help them succeed and grow
*What We’re Looking For:*
* RN license in good standing (NY preferred)
* Previous nursing leadership experience (DON or ADON experience a plus)
* Strong clinical knowledge and organizational skills
* A positive, approachable leadership style
* A genuine passion for long-term care and resident advocacy

Pay: $93,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
