Physiotherapist

Parkway Physiotherapy Millstream Village is looking for a full time experienced Physiotherapist to join our multi-disciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years experience, is passionate about diagnostics, manual therapy and exercise prescription and is someone who excels working in a team environment.

Our team includes physiotherapists and kinesiologists plus a wonderful admin team who takes care of so much of our day to day lives. Millstream Village is a boutique, purpose built clinic with a wonderful blend of clinical and life experiences within our team.

We have an in house education program on top of an education allowance and you can attend courses held at other Parkway locations. Our admin team is second to none allowing us to focus on what we're best at, ie patient care. Your admin team will stand behind you to help all other aspects of patient care including billing, insurance questions, follow up scheduling, calling patients, filling late cancel appointments, doctor communications, payroll and more.

We work hard to ensure that your caseload develops in either a general or a specific direction depending on your needs and professional desires. This includes website presence, direct physician communications, social media exposures, multiple community connections, and paid ads across a number of platforms. All this plus an awesome reputation with our local physicians and within-team referrals ensure that your caseload will as full as you wish it to be within a few months and we guarantee your income during this period. We also have a colleague planning on maternity leave so even more patients will be in need of ongoing care.

Weekly or bi-weekly 1 to 1 meetings with Andrew will ensure your work life balance and clinical development are all moving in the right direction.

Compensation:

Percentage-Based Independent Contractor or Commissioned Employee model (57-62% IC equivalent) that shifts with experience and clinical specialties. We also have multiple bonus structures in place that include but are not limited to teaching and in house education across multiple teams.

Guaranteed salary first 3 months to reduce financial risk.

Employees also receive a health benefit trust and education allowance as well as 5 sick days/family days and 10 days of statutory holiday pay.

Two weeks of holiday pay plus Christmas through New Years off every year.

Additional welcome bonus: $2500
