The Opportunity: Pastry Artisan
We are seeking a highly skilled Pastry Cook with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to join our team.
This role is for the artisan who finds calm in precision and moves with intention, ensuring the rhythm of production is maintained without rush or urgency.- Plan, set up and execute complex recipes for diverse products including pastries, desserts breads gelato syrups and artistic amenities to quality standard.
- Precision & Consistency: Maintain all standard pastry recipes ensuring high quality presentation across outlets.
