Job Summary:
Join our fast-paced Distribution Center in Nashville, Tennessee, as a Distribution Center Associate! This role is fundamental to the success of our Logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks to ensure efficient product handling and distribution. You will be responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and dedicated to maintaining a safe and organized workplace. Your contributions will ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. This position requires physical stamina, including frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods. A strong commitment to Safety is non-negotiable. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare shipments, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with stocktaking.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure correct usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Support the Logistics team in achieving daily operational goals.
  • Participate in team efforts and cross-train in various warehouse functions.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform manual tasks, including significant Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to upholding high Safety standards.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
