Job Summary:
We are hiring Fulfillment Associates for our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania location. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities include picking and packing items, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with other warehouse duties as needed. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
  • Verify order accuracy against product and shipping documentation.
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality standards.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of our fulfillment and logistics operations.
  • This role involves significant physical activity, including regular Lifting of packages up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus. Ability to read and interpret order instructions. Basic math skills. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. A strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy are crucial. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A team player with a strong work ethic. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is beneficial. Ensuring safety in logistics is a priority.
