Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order specifications.
- Pack items securely and efficiently to ensure they reach customers in perfect condition.
- Label and prepare packages for shipment, adhering to carrier requirements.
- Conduct quality control checks on all fulfilled orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Participate in inventory counts and restocking efforts.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment center or warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to perform lifting tasks up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and order processing.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following instructions.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
