About
Our expanding warehouse in Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to support our daily operations. This role involves a variety of tasks essential to our logistics and fulfillment processes, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You will contribute to maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment. A strong focus on safety is required, with adherence to all company safety protocols and the use of appropriate PPE. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in warehouse management and logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment and assist with loading trucks.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the logistics department.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse experience is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing, and walking for extended periods. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics. Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team. Commitment to workplace safety.
