This role is fundamental to our daily operations, encompassing tasks such as receiving and processing inventory, accurately picking and packing customer orders, and preparing goods for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and properly store incoming stock.
- Accurately select items from inventory to fulfill orders.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring they meet quality standards for shipping.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organization.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, following all safety guidelines and using PPE.
- Support the Loading and unloading process for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Follow all company policies, including those related to Lifting and workplace safety.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to handle physical demands, including regular Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Knowledge of basic warehouse safety and the importance of wearing PPE.
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
