Seeking a certified and experienced Forklift Operator to join our Cincinnati, Ohio logistics team! This role is crucial for the efficient operation of our warehouse, involving the safe movement of materials and products. You will operate forklifts and other powered equipment to transport goods, load and unload vehicles, and manage inventory within our facility. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks.
- Load and unload materials from delivery vehicles and storage areas.
- Transport goods throughout the warehouse as needed.
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report any malfunctions.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use all required PPE.
Requirements:
- Valid forklift operator certification and proven experience.
- Proficiency in operating various types of forklifts.
- Understanding of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Good manual dexterity and spatial awareness.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to procedures.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Reliable attendance and work ethic.
