Responsibilities:
- Perform general warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and manage orders accurately.
- Pick items according to order specifications and pack them securely for shipping.
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and any signs of damage.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area, adhering to all safety standards.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet productivity targets.
- Assist with inventory management tasks such as cycle counting.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient warehouse environment.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Physical capability to perform frequent lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following logistics procedures.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to adapt to different tasks as required by the operation.
