Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to manage and optimize operations at our Denver, Colorado facility. This vital role ensures the efficient flow of goods, manages inventory, and supervises warehouse staff. You will be instrumental in maintaining operational excellence, implementing best practices in logistics, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities include coordinating daily warehouse activities, managing inventory levels, overseeing shipping and receiving, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of warehouse management systems. This position requires a commitment to safety, including proper use of PPE and adherence to all logistics protocols.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement strategies to minimize discrepancies.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring performance standards and safety compliance.
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflows to maximize productivity.
  • Ensure all safety regulations and company policies are strictly followed.
  • Coordinate with transportation and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and operational data.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
  • Monitor and manage the upkeep of warehouse equipment and facilities.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or similar supervisory role is required. Strong understanding of warehouse management software (WMS) and inventory control systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with logistics and supply chain principles. Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment is essential, including understanding and enforcing the use of PPE. Ability to work flexible hours as needed. This role offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, falling within our $16.00-$24.00 per hour range, and significant opportunities for professional growth.
