Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, load, and unload materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on forklift equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
- Transport raw materials and finished goods to and from designated areas efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and documenting movements.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and physical inventories as directed.
- Adhere rigorously to all company Safety protocols and wear the designated PPE.
- Follow proper Lifting techniques when not operating equipment.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Participate in ongoing Safety and operational training.
Qualifications:
Valid forklift operator certification and proven experience. Thorough knowledge of warehouse Safety regulations and OSHA standards. Ability to perform equipment inspections and routine checks. Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness. Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. A steadfast dedication to Safety is paramount. Understanding of warehouse logistics and material handling. Strong work ethic and reliability.
