We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Worker to join our Boston, Massachusetts team. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory with accuracy.
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas of the warehouse.
- Fulfill customer orders by accurately picking and packing items.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified/trained).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all **safety** protocols.
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counting, and stock checks.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Adhere to all company policies, including the mandatory use of **PPE**.
- Contribute to team efforts and support other warehouse functions as needed.
- Understand and follow established **logistics** procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or **logistics** environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent **lifting** of up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and **safety** standards.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Must wear required **PPE**, such as safety shoes, gloves, and vests.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Commitment to maintaining a secure and efficient workspace.
