Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Worker to join our Boston, Massachusetts team. This role is fundamental to our **logistics** operations, involving a wide range of tasks necessary for the smooth functioning of our warehouse. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory with accuracy.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated areas of the warehouse.
  • Fulfill customer orders by accurately picking and packing items.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified/trained).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all **safety** protocols.
  • Assist with inventory control, cycle counting, and stock checks.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
  • Adhere to all company policies, including the mandatory use of **PPE**.
  • Contribute to team efforts and support other warehouse functions as needed.
  • Understand and follow established **logistics** procedures.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or **logistics** environment is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent **lifting** of up to 50 pounds.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and **safety** standards.
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Must wear required **PPE**, such as safety shoes, gloves, and vests.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
