Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and care.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (certification may be required/provided).
- Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **safety**-conscious work environment.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Adhere to all company policies and **PPE** requirements.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or **logistics** experience is preferred.
- Ability to operate various warehouse equipment safely.
- Comfortable with frequent **lifting** of items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to following **safety** procedures and wearing required **PPE** (e.g., steel-toed boots, vests).
- Basic understanding of inventory control.
- Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
