Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
- Coordinate with carriers and vendors for efficient **logistics**.
- Supervise and train warehouse personnel.
- Implement and enforce **safety** procedures and **PPE** usage.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assist with **lifting** and moving of inventory as needed.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or coordination.
- Strong knowledge of **logistics** and supply chain principles.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ability to enforce **safety** protocols and **PPE** standards.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Capability for occasional **lifting** up to 30 pounds.
