We are looking for a reliable and energetic Warehouse Associate to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role involves a variety of general warehouse duties essential for our logistics operations. You will be involved in receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from shelves, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. A strong commitment to safety, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This is a hands-on position requiring physical stamina, the ability to perform consistent Lifting, and a cooperative attitude. - Receive, unload, and store incoming shipments accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual warehouse equipment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Support the logistics team with other assigned tasks.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
