You will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, ensuring all staff are properly trained on the use of equipment and PPE . This role involves problem-solving, strategic planning, and ensuring that all Logistics functions are executed seamlessly. The ability to manage multiple priorities and make quick, effective decisions is crucial. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and a proven track record in warehouse supervision are required. Regular Lifting and physical exertion may be part of the role, though the primary focus is on leadership and operational oversight.
