Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying quantities and checking for damage.
- Accurately stock and organize merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with maintaining stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and company policies, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support overall Logistics operations.
- Perform frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical activity, including regular Lifting and carrying.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
