We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team in our state-of-the-art distribution center located in Orlando, Florida. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and shipping. This leadership role is crucial for ensuring operational efficiency, team productivity, and adherence to all company policies and procedures. You will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing workflows, implementing process improvements, and maintaining a high level of performance. A strong understanding of Logistics , inventory management, and team leadership is essential. We are committed to providing a secure and productive work environment, emphasizing employee Safety and mandating the correct use of PPE . Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff.
- Ensure efficient execution of all warehouse functions: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, accuracy, and organization.
- Implement and enforce operational procedures and standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
- Promote a culture of high performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Manage workload distribution and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment, enforcing all Safety regulations and proper PPE usage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize the supply chain and Logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and Logistics .
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety and the correct use of PPE .
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.
