Job Summary:
Our San Antonio, Texas facility is looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team. This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our warehouse, involving a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be instrumental in managing inventory, ensuring order accuracy, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You will operate various equipment, follow strict safety procedures, and contribute to the overall success of our supply chain. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
  • Maintain inventory levels and assist with cycle counts.
  • Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or potential hazards.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in operating basic warehouse equipment.
  • Commitment to safety and willingness to wear required PPE.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be dependable and have a strong sense of responsibility.
