About
We are seeking dedicated and energetic Distribution Center Associates to join our dynamic team in Denver, Colorado. As a key player in our logistics operations, you will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse, ensuring the efficient flow of goods from receipt to shipment. This role is crucial for maintaining our commitment to timely and accurate order fulfillment. You will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall success of our distribution network.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and effectively after appropriate training.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of merchandise.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and orders.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Adhere to strict guidelines regarding the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to upholding high standards of workplace Safety.
