As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the warehouse environment, contributing to the seamless flow of products. Your day-to-day activities will involve receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. We emphasize a strong commitment to safety, and all associates are expected to adhere to established protocols and utilize provided PPE . This position requires physical stamina, as frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds may be necessary. Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus, but not required as comprehensive training will be provided. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, possess excellent organizational skills, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Comply with company policies and procedures regarding PPE usage.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall Logistics operations.
- Ability to perform tasks involving significant Lifting .
