Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in Indianapolis, Indiana. This position is fundamental to the efficient operation of our warehouse and plays a critical role in our overall logistics network. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. - Receiving and inspecting incoming goods for damage or discrepancies.
- Stocking shelves and organizing inventory within the warehouse.
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the warehouse.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Performing duties that may involve regular lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assisting with inventory cycle counts and other inventory control tasks.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals within the logistics framework.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to perform physical tasks including frequent lifting, and a commitment to teamwork. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.
