Job Summary:
Join our dynamic warehouse team in Boise, Idaho, as a Warehouse Associate! This role is integral to the efficient operation of our logistics facility, involving a variety of tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and material handling. You will be responsible for receiving goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. This position requires a commitment to Safety, physical capability for consistent Lifting, and the ability to work effectively within a team. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
  • Stock materials in designated warehouse locations accurately.
  • Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and with high accuracy.
  • Prepare finished goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
  • Operate manual and powered equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following all Safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, contributing to overall warehouse Safety.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly concerning Safety and the use of PPE.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required for motivated individuals.
  • Ability to perform frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
  • Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Must be able to wear required PPE.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
