Job Summary:
Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Washington, D.C.! We are seeking energetic individuals to contribute to our efficient fulfillment operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched promptly. This position is vital to our Logistics network, connecting our products with customers across the region. You will be involved in various aspects of the warehouse process, from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping preparation. We emphasize a strong commitment to Safety in all our operations, and you will be expected to follow all safety guidelines diligently. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Responsibilities include unpacking incoming goods, checking for discrepancies, and organizing inventory. You will also pick items from various locations, prepare them for shipment, and ensure all orders are correctly labeled. A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes is highly valued. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is crucial for efficiency and safety. This role requires the physical ability to perform various warehouse tasks. Key Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently.
  • Verify inventory accuracy and report any discrepancies.
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders according to company standards.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all established Safety procedures and protocols.
  • Wear and use required PPE at all times.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
  • Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
This position requires the ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds. Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is beneficial.
