About
We are looking for a motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our growing team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will contribute to the efficient management of our distribution center, supporting key Logistics functions. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods, all while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and care. We are dedicated to providing a safe working environment, and all associates must strictly adhere to Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is a plus, and we offer comprehensive training for dedicated individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, verifying contents and condition.
- Store merchandise in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation.
- Accurately pick and pack items according to order specifications.
- Prepare outbound shipments, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and company policies, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Support the overall Logistics objectives of the distribution center.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain productivity.
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform tasks involving physical exertion, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Knowledge of and adherence to Safety regulations.
