Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Seattle, Washington. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily logistics operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our facility. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and on time. We are committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and all associates are expected to adhere to strict safety protocols. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with a leading company in the logistics industry. You will be trained on various warehouse functions and given the opportunity to expand your skill set. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in a warehouse setting is a plus, but not strictly required as comprehensive training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Prepare shipments for transit, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to perform tasks involving physical labor, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is preferred.
  • Commitment to Safety and adherence to all guidelines.
