Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
- Accurately stock received merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders according to specific requirements.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors safely.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Support the overall logistics and supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
Must be able to perform significant lifting, up to 50 lbs, on a regular basis. Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar logistics environment is advantageous. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to teamwork. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods. Basic math and reading comprehension skills. Excellent attention to detail. Willingness to work varied shifts and overtime as needed. Your safety is our highest priority; strict adherence to all safety guidelines and the correct use of PPE is non-negotiable.
