Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Operate material handling equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with discrepancies.
- Work cooperatively with colleagues to meet team goals.
- Contribute to efficient logistics operations.
- Perform tasks requiring manual Lifting within established Safety limits.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 50 pounds. Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of warehouse Safety practices. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Must be reliable and punctual. Familiarity with logistics operations. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
